You can pay on the website (Debit / Credit Card / PayPal) once you have completed your order, or you can pay cash in one of our shops (Manston Kitchen or Ibiza Beach Cafe).

We deliver you prepped meals, freshly cooked, to help maintain a healthy eating routine all week. Have a look at our Menu, choose any combination of protein, carbs, and vegetables plus any extras and build your own meals! Or let us do the choosing based on your preferences!

Our service is designed to give you all the luxury of having your own private chef at home, without the high cost (and the awkward small talk each morning in the kitchen!).

We can deliver you fresh food as often as you require (at an extra cost). Our typical plans come with 2 deliveries every week, so you have fresh food arriving every 3 days and still have Sundays to treat yourself a little.

We have a Menu with the items we use. You can build your own box using the items on the list.

Many customers let us do the choosing – Select any items you don’t want to be included and leave us to prepare a variety of all our most popular dishes.

Absolutely, we provide meals plans to suit every need. Please make the appropriate selections when choosing your pack and if you have any special requests just email myorder@ibizafitnessfood.com and we will be happy to help!

Yes, you can – providing the order hasn’t been dispatched. Please email your changes to myorders@ibizafitnessfood.com and a member of our team will be happy to help.

Everything is cooked from fresh in our purpose built, commercial kitchen and should always last the duration of your meal plan.

Yes you can, meals can be frozen up to 8 weeks.

Orders must be submitted and payment received at least 72 hours prior to delivery.

Please note if you are travelling from overseas contact us directly for details on our bespoke/express service that can be used to ensure you can still stick to your eating plan.

Yes, whether you are in Ibiza or in UK, we can now deliver to you in any location (delivery cost may vary).

Yes, we now offer cold transport to many countries across Europe. Please contact us directly for details and delivery costs.
